Fairytale Wedding Inspo with Every Shade of Pink
Ready for a uber Romantic Summer Wedding Colors inspo? Start by feasting your eyes on these mesmerizing florals that grab your attention and just won't let go. Flowers play a central role in this extraordinary design for a dreamy, styled shoot. When those flowers are thousands of roses looking gorgeous in magenta pink, light pink, and white, the result is phenomenal.
Melissa Webb from EPIC Events & Design is the brain behind the idea of this magic you're about to experience. “Our Styled Shoot was what dream weddings are made of. From a florist wanting to conquer a bucket list and creating a wedding with close to 1,000 Roses to what would have been our bride and groom's actual wedding day. Our styled shoot was the epitome of anything can happen if you dream it and make it possible,” says Webb.
Along with the bright, flower-filled theme, this styled shoot is extra special because it was created out of the need of a team of wedding pros to continue to create magic after weddings stop during COVID. “As creators and designers we were put on hold to host the most important day for a bride and groom. Rather than lose the sight of what was so important it gave us the opportunity to think the unimaginable. In this year we learned that love has no boundaries. When love is nurtured and strong it blooms and is beautiful.”
Head on over to the full gallery to get lost in this lush celebration filled with romantic summer wedding colors. Every picture captured by Peony Park Photography is worthy of infinite inspiration, so make sure you don't miss any of it.
A Fairytale Bridal Suite
The floral magic begging right before the bride started getting for the wedding! From the bridal suite to the stairwell, roses give the bride a grand and unforgettable entrance and a fabulous backdrop to get ready for the big day . The flowers look like they're floating off the stairs!
A Flowers-Filled Wedding Ceremony
As the bride arrives at the entrance to the aisle, the gates open to a sea of petals creating the perfect wonderland that evokes lovely emotions. Then that's when you see it, the grand floral circular arch where the vow will happen, waiting in all its glory.
Summer Wedding Lounge Area
The icing on the cake for this styled shoot was definitely the water fountain filled with an exuberant number of roses! It complements the dreamy atmosphere of this wedding shoot to perfection. As a background for a lounge area, it also serves a beautiful vignette for the couple's portrait and a great idea for a spot where guests could take memorable selfies.
A Fairytale Wedding Reception
The masterpiece of this shoot is, however, the iconic tablescape. It is masterfully and creatively decorated with suspended florals paired with greenery. A waterfall of roses and hydrangeas elegantly flow down the table in a dramatic cascading garland centerpiece.
To welcome the potential wedding guests into the reception the team created a champagne display that matches the candelabra on the beautiful table centerpiece decor.
A simple crystal and gold flared charger, white china, and white linen napkin bring together the look. They also go really well with the Victorian gold cutlery, crystal champagne flute, and burgundy goblet.
A Sweet Wedding Cake Table
A narrow three-layer cake from Layered Cakes + Bakes brings life to this wedding inspiration and is a central part of the reception décor. It has buttercream frosting, rice paper ruffles, and delicate pink rice paper leaves… It is gorgeous! You'll also love the personalized wedding cookies with the bride and groom's monogrammed initials.
The Classic Wedding Fashion
With a wedding like this, simple and elegant is the best way to go with the wedding fashion. Which is precisely what the couple in this editorial shoot is portraying.
The bride has on a minimal but elegant wedding dress with a satin bodice and tulle skirt decorated with butterfly accents. Her hair is in lovely brown waves, with a headband framing her beautiful face. Her bouquet features the same gorgeous roses in the décor.
Our groom is wearing a black diamond studded tux and has little silver accents in his tuxedo jacket. He looks every bit like the dreamy prince who can't wait to start the perfect happily ever after with his bride.
Inspired Despite The Pandemic
“2020 was the year of the unknown due to COVID. COVID brought the world came to a huge halt affecting families and unexpectedly causing families to lose loved ones. Regular life and normal everyday celebrations were forever changed within an instant. As creators and designers, we were put on hold to host the most important day for a bride and groom. Rather than lose the sight of what was so important it gave us the opportunity to think the unimaginable. In this year we learned that love has no boundaries. When love is nurtured and strong it blooms and is beautiful.” – Melissa Webb.
