This glamorous Sunday brunch wedding shows that you really can have it your way — champagne, a beautiful and traditional gown, a classy cocktail dress code, all starting before noon. The whole event was stylish, intimate, upbeat and, most importantly, set them up for their dream honeymoon. Every detail was fun while still feeling bridal — like the Italian Cream cake with white chocolate ganache, that had beautiful gold brushing and fresh flowers decorations. Just like everything else, it fits in perfectly with the rest of the glamorous decor with a modern edge by STEM Events — and the fresh pink and coral color scheme. Glam Wedding Fashion
We had a cocktail attire dress code in neutral tones for the wedding guests. I never pictured myself in a white wedding dress so I went with an off-white/ivory dress with embroidery. The groom wanted to wear blue and he decided on a champagne-toned bow tie to stay in line with the color of my dress.
An Intimate Sunday Brunch Wedding
We knew that we wanted to keep our wedding small and intimate from the very beginning. The most important thing for us was having a nice honeymoon and we wanted to make sure that we stayed on a budget for the wedding so that we could splurge on our honeymoon (Totally worth it!). That is how we came up with the Sunday brunch wedding idea since it would save us from spending a lot of money on food and drinks. After that, I would say the rest of the vision sort of fell into place. I found the gold rim charger plates and absolutely fell in love with them so that's why the cake has that same gold brushing details. We wanted the wedding to have a romantic and happy vibe so we added pops of color with the pink and coral flowers to compliment the ivory and gold tones of the linens and tableware. A lot of my inspiration came from Pinterest, Aisle Society wedding photo galleries, and of course from Stem Events' page. I think it is very important to choose a florist whose aesthetic you trust and browsing through their photos really made me feel confident of my choice.
