"I planned a Great Gatsby inspired soiree as a way to bring industry creatives under the same roof to discuss future trends and industry best practice. Before guest arrivals; we did a styled shoot." - Minihaha Garande, Luxe by Minihaha & Co
Nothing speaks to the luxury and opulence of the Great Gatsby more than a stunning castle. This editorial took place at Lartington, Barnard Castle which created the perfect backdrop. With multiple ceremonies and reception setups, you’re sure to find something to inspire you for your own wedding day. They incorporated so many fun details like balloons, stunning floral creations, and two stunning wedding cakes.
Seriously, just wait until you see those cakes! The decadence and attention to detail is nothing short of incredible. We love the bold color choice with black fondant. Add in the gold details and marble swirls we just can’t get enough! For one of them, they even included a small wreath wrapped with greenery and delicate white flowers that pushed the design over the top in the best of ways.
We also love the unique vintage-inspired wedding dresses. With not one but three stunning looks we couldn’t stop staring at them. The beaded details brought to life the 1920s theme in ways we could only have imagined. Paired with jeweled and floral headpieces and one-of-a-kind wedding capes it created unique bridal looks we can easily say we’ve never seen before.
