An Engagement Story to Remember
“Last Christmas, Keith and I decided to drive from New York to Georgia to be with my family for the holidays. Little did I know that Keith had already planned to stop in Charleston, SC on our way. We left at 5:00 in the morning 2 days before Christmas and drove for 13 hours to a beautiful hotel in the downtown area of Charleston. It was idyllic in every way – cobblestone streets, horse drawn carriages, historic southern homes. the next day, we decided to do our own walking tour of the town as we often like to do when we travel. After an entire day of sightseeing, we ended up at a pier that stretched out into the middle of the water. We walked to the end of the pier, where he hugged me and started talking about how much we loved each other. I didn't quite comprehend what was happening, even after he pulled out the ring. I stared at it for a second trying to process as he got down on one knee. Then I finally understood, he was proposing! It was definitely a Christmas to remember and gave us even more to celebrate and be grateful for that year.” – Christina
Do It Yours
Lets face it, this wedding is to die for, but at first glance you would never know that these two lovebirds actually did everything themselves. Amazing, right? The Angel Orensanz Foundation accentuated the couples lovely details beautifully, but it was the lighting that stole the show. This is of course, a trick of the trade… you don’t always need over the top details to have a breathtaking wedding.
