We couldn't think of a better wedding to feature the day after Halloween and the day before the Day of The Death than this old-world inspired elopement — it is giving us sone glam-spooky vibes. The dark color palette, the vintage details, the moody photography — all of it adds a layer of unique sophistication to this celebration for two. The use of black, plum, burgundy, mauve, and peach made for a gorgeous bridal bouquet that could perfectly fit in any fall or winter wedding.

But, my favorite detail is without a doubt the bide's all lace fitted gown! The off the shoulder neckline paired with the three-quarter sleeves made for a simple meet dramatic bridal look.

Scroll down and see why we think that this Old World Elopement by Violet Short is pure Moody Wedding Goals!

From the bride - "We wanted to create intimacy and an ethereal edge to our day with personal details. Working with Megan Neef and Violet Vintage’s stylist, we mixed rentals with hand-picked decor, like our beloved brass unicorn. Creating a dreamscape with meaningful touches allowed our simple elopement to become magical and memorable. This wedding truly embodies the charm and history of the generally looked over the city of Indianapolis. The bride and groom exchanged vows and kisses at Garfield Park Conservatory, a local greenhouse of tropical vegetation frequented by photographers for its gorgeous lighting and lush backdrop. They celebrated their matrimony with a sweetheart table adorned with overflowing, lavish bouquets of florals at the local restored historical theater Neidhammer."
